Your worry is clear – but please know that “snail” mail can come in waves – so a friend a block over may get mail a week ahead of you.

It is ok to write a polite email to the Admissions office and inquire when their regular decision candidates will be notified. Many, many colleges wait until late March.

Please, please go for a walk and hug those that you love. It is a great world out there – and friends and family will be there for you no matter what unfolds over the next month. There gets to be a bit of a drama frenzy in late March with joyous celebration or copious tears amongst the high school seniors. But no one cured cancer – and no one died from a college decision – I DO hope you get the news you are hoping for – and I do also hope you track the current events from Libya to Japan. There’s a lot going on that could use your support and problem solving skills. Good luck in the days ahead.
