I applied as a transfer and my application status says “An admission decision has been made and your decision letter will be sent via regular mail or email.” what does this mean?
My high school gpa was a 3.3, 150/699 rank SAT 1300 on a 2400 scale (Really low) and my current GPA is 2.7 with 12 hrs at a community college.
Also, with what I have so far what other universities do I have chance of getting in?
It means what it says. You have to wait.
Since you have less than 30hrs they will use your high school stats. Your high school class rank (top 25%), gpa and SAT score meets all of the admission requirements. You will be admitted to the school.

Mine said that too, but it was really weird because I contacted an admission counselor who told me I was admitted, but days later I received a later saying I was not admitted. But turns out I did get in.
