Hey,

So I was asked to post up a new thread about this new add-on written by a UCLA student (theStingyStudent on CC). I figured I might as well review it and do an extra bit of work, and it looks like a pretty solid add-on. You'll save the extra 5 minutes that it takes to look up the ISBN manually, and it automatically gives you links to Amazon.com, Chegg & Half.com. (And from there you can grab the ISBNs and do a pricegrabber or abebooks or whatever textbook search engine you use). Pretty damn user friendly. Here's the process flow:

1) Install the add-on (currently Firefox only, but... if you're not using Firefox, I would definitely give 'Fox a shot, awesome browser)
2) Go to the online uclastore and look up your books (or through my.ucla)
3) Next to your books will be a "Buy Now" button (Amazon.com) and "more options" where you can link out to half.com/amazon.com/chegg

Pretty spiffy, ran quick. Much easier than what I've been doing in the past (manual lookup), and for those of you that aren't as tech-savvy - anybody can do it.

So the verdict... looking for books? Use the add-on, you can find the link here:
