Textbooks For Fall 2006 Are Up!!!

The textbooks for the fall of 2006 are posted on the University Co-op website... will this list change or is it safe to go ahead and purchase my book now. I saw for CH 301, there arent different professors listed, it just says staff... BIO 205L isn't even listed.

In Fall 05, the book for BIO 205L appears to be courseware that was prepared by the UT Bio faculty and staff and only sold at the Co-op. It will probably be the same for Fall 06.

If I buy these books at half.com, what will be the chance that all the books I purchase be the right edition?

so m1817, your saying i should wait and see what i need to get. cause i cant find anywhere online at the Co-op where i can purchase that "labrotory excursions in...." stuff

Jhoopster, I don't think you have an alternative. If Co-op doesn't list the book, the BIO 205L instructors can't expect you to have it for the first day of class.

Grandpabuzz, if you go by the ISBN, you should get the right edition. Each edition of a book has a unique ISBN. Even the hardback and softback editions of the same book each should have a unique ISBN. Be sure that you get the U.S. edition of a book. Sometimes there is an International edition. It may have the same material but you may have a problem reselling it if you don't get the U.S. edition.

I wouldn't worry about buying them online or from anywhere but the UT Co-op. They have lists that show what book(s) you need for which professor that teaches which class.
