Physics, always. Occasionally, Calculus.

AP Physics–Because I’m not used to having to study intensively to do well in a course rather than relying on memorization, the fact that I have to study for 5 hours in order to grasp concepts at first made me feel discouraged but now I’ve reconciled myself to it and am doing much better.

Theater. Made me cry once.

But yeah, I hate Chem, too.

AP Calc AB. i’ve always been a natural at math too.

it’s not even that i don’t know the subject. i pay attention, get all the examples right in class, get everything on the HW, study for the tests, etc.

but when we take the test and i think i killed it, i get it back and its all marked up. literally EVERY problem will have some kind of red mark on it and partial credit. i know how to do it, i just make these STUPID little mistakes and end up getting points marked off on like every problem. by the time i get marked off on everything, i have like a 60%.

and the whole class is 100% Tests/Quizzes, no CW or HW. so no forgiveness if you don’t do well.

this is the first time in my life where when i get my final gradesheet for the quarter, i’ve had to pray for a C. i’m gonna have to struggle to get a B average by the end of the year.

physics blows. world history i pwn in

Ugh, I’m going to get a B in Calc this six weeks unless the heavens intercede on my behalf. I’ll be okay if I can scrounge up an A for the semester, but it’s kind of depressing because this has never happened to me before. Plus my rank will inevitably drop, like, three because of this. Goodbye valedictorianship.

this english course is making me a failure…

geometry… first quarter i got a B (which ive never gotten) second quarter i pulled of a 90.1 and on the midterm a 91 which gave me an A for semester. now for 3rd quarter I got an 89.6 which rounds up to an A. Wow, I’m JUST gettin by.

I think PE was definitely my worst course. I just barely scraped an A. Chem was pretty difficult too.

AP English lang is ridiculously easy, but AP Spanish is tough, because the course I’m taking is way too easy, so I’m planning my own course schedule before the AP test using a book my Spanish 4 teacher gave us with more lessons in listening, and am watching movies and doing extra vocab lessons. Yeah, pretty intense.

That blank is chemistry for me, too. It’s easy enough to do the math, but it’s another thing to remember exceptions to many rules and guidelines. It’s like, “You do this. Unless this applies, in which case you do that instead…” And I try, but I tend to just keep doing “this” on tests. I make stupid mistakes. Chemistry is my worst subject, but it’s still a decent grade so I’m not freaking out about it yet… YET…

AP Calc, as well. I had a B+ last semester which I can live with…but I need to get an 85% this quarter to get a B this time. I do my homework, understand lessons…but freak on tests I guess. There goes my uw 4.0.

and AP Art Studio. I pretty much have signed all of my free time over to this class and I still feel behind.

AP US hist

Destroying my will to learn. While I strive for As in other classes, I was thrilled with my 86 in APUSH last semester. If the teacher taught what was on the test, it might help. Instead I have to memorize my textbook. Awesome!

I knew absolutely everything in the section of the Physics notes that we just had a test on. I got a 77.

Hate you, Advanced Physics at _____ High School. Haaaate youuuuuu.

ap chemistry did.
ap physics is.

AP Physics C

You may be good at physics. You may be a God at calculus. But you’re lying if this course isn’t making you break a sweat!

AP Chemistry also

i love calc.. but Cal-Clueless bc
