The "average" people club

high 1700ish

so many B’s
3.I’ve made a two on my AP exam
no national rankings and a 3.7 GPA

I’m about average for the school I’m going to. 4.0 GPA, 2060 SAT (660 CR, 680 M, 720/12 essay W), 5 English Lang, 4 APUSH so far (Euro, Stat, Lit pending), one B+ in high school (AP Stat- 88%), about 4 class awards so far: no big deal really (World History II, Spanish III, AP Lang, English 10 Adv.), and very mediocre ECs (about 3 jobs through high, JV/Varsity/Indoor Soccer). I realize that I don’t meet a lot of the criteria but, for the school I’m going to, it’s pretty much average (maybe about .3 or so above average with GPA but overall package is average).

I’m not sure if I can really be a member. I might have been a little bit of a over-achiever in high school, but college has made me feel REALLY AVERAGE.

1.SAT - 1800(so I guess that’s ok)
2. Had a few B’s, GPA. 3.7 high school…College GPA 2.7
3. Highest AP score was a 4 on AB Calculus
4. Won State Champ. in high school for hurdles in Track and Field…highest finish was 3rd in college
5. Never failed anything in High School…Failed atleast one test in just about ever class my freshman year in college

I’m sure I’m not the only high school over-achiever that became a average joe in college tho…

UGADawg, you scare me. I’m hoping to be an overachiever in college too. It’s going to be pretty hard though lol.

1.) You must have an SAT score of less than 2100 and/or an ACT score of less than 31.

2.) You have to have at least one class in which you have a B or lower. For me it is BC Calculus. No straight A students are allowed.

3.) You cannot have a 5 on any AP test.

4.) You cannot be nationally ranked in anything, whether it be sports or academics.

5.) You must have failed a test (not a quiz) at some point in your high school career.

1) First time - 1670
2) APUSH, Algebra II
3) Took three a few weeks ago and undoubtedly failed 'em all.
4) LOL no worries.
5) Oh, damn you APUSH.

PWNAGE.

Oh sweet! I want to join.

SAT: don’t want to say – it’s going to be around 1900 (still under the requirements =)

Freshman year I had uhm… 3 D’s? WHIST is particular…

Haven’t done AP yet… that’s next year.

Not nationally ranked

Definitely have failed a test before.

Am I in? =D

It’s a good thing I suck at most things because I’m not nationally ranked in anything at all.

I have failed my English and Chemistry midterms this year.

5) Failed tests in AP world & APUSH

I have three Cs and several Bs on my transcript, and I’m pretty sure I’m not nationally ranked anywhere. Plus I’ve failed several tests, most of them in precalc and bio. And AP US. I think I’m average.
