<p>Hey all. I just realized that since I actually know some of the people posting on this forum, there's a chance I'll get to meet some of you EDers and RD kids who choose to go here. And back when Dartmouth was my first choice, I knew a lot of the kids on the boards really well, just as friends, and could definitely see myself hanging out with them on campus. But I barely know anything about your personalities! How can I organize CC Dork trips to Quincy Market otherwise?!?! I'm scandalized. No, guys, SCANDALIZED. Terrible. TERRIBLE! </p>

<p>...lol, sorry. So let's just start a non-Tufts-related thread, mmkay?</p>

<p>What are y'alls fave books and movies and TV shows? Have you ever been to Fire and Ice? What subject do you hate the most and why? Fave candy? Seinfeld or Friends? Family Guy or The Simpsons? Project Runway or American Idol? </p>

<p>When someone insults you and you can't think of any counters, do you say "your MOM [insult thrown at you]" or "your FACE [insult thrown at you]?"</p>

<p>Uphill or downhill? (...okay, so one Tufts-related topic). Capture the Flag or Ultimate Frisbee? </p>

<p>Funniest people to talk about: Emo kids, UltraGoths, Preppy kids, Transvestites, Slutty girls, Wiggers, or Ghetto girls. Must provide supporting arguments. LOL</p>

<p>TRUE OR FALSE: The bigger the hoop [earring], the bigger the ho.
AGREE OR DISAGREE: No means yes, yes means anal.</p>

<li>fave books- there's a lot. the MOST fav though, i would have to say are: the kite runner, harry potters, girl with a pearl earring, normal girl, all shopaholics (guilty pleasure ok?)</li>
<li>movies- i'm not really a movie person but i do enjoy: the breakfast club, the notebook, fight club, the virgin suicides, wet hot american summer, etc.
2 (b). tv shows- the o.c., laguna beach, project runway, america's next top model, sex and the city (see a trend?)</li>
<li>fire&ice-?? i never heard of it. so i guess no, i havent been there</li>
<li>subject- hmm i guess this means school subject. thats easy...its math. just because im terrible at it and i dont understand it and i probably never will. and if thats immature then i dont care because math and i just have a bad, bad relationship. moving on...</li>
<li>fave candy- i have a LOT of fav candies. i really like those button candies though, the ones that come on paper. i really dont know why. also carmels and smarties are worth millions to me</li>
<li>seinfeld or friends- neither :-&lt;/li>
<li>family guy or the simpsons- neither as well. adult-themed cartoons kind of freak me out.</li>
<li>project runway or american idol- PROJECT RUNWAY ABSOLUTELY. daniel vosovic was my entire life, until chole dao (EW) stole his thunder. i guess its ok since micheal kors offered him a job...but im still a little bitter. </li>
<li>i say "your face [insult here]"- i figure its more effective than the mom thing</li>
<li>ummm downhill? because i guess if you live downhill and you get drunk, you could just roll home afterwards</li>

<li>ghetto girls- whenever my friends and i see a girl that is wearing a pound of gross makeup and too tight clothes from like baby phat and with their nextel-bleepie things. blah its just such a tragedy it deserves ridicule. my friends and i have ghetto alter-egos too...its very intense. although, we never actually DRESS that way, just talk as we would imagine they would. </li>

<p>i also always think you can tell a lot about people from who they admire. so what about adding heroes as one of the questions?</p>

<p>i'll start. my heroes: john lennon, gandhi, marilyn monroe, jackie kennedy onassis, princess diana, mother theresa, grace kelley, rosa parks</p>

<p>LOL, avoiding 20 minutes of homework = Tufts material, no doubt. I mean, I've been not studying for my Plants and Humanity exam for about 9 hours now</p>

<p>ummm, I love you guys. I mean I LOVE Ender's Game and even Speaker for the Dead, and it felt so good when I realized that like most of the people I talk to here have read them. And everyone has seen Fight Club :-D</p>

<p>Hey everyone! I'm RD and strongly leaning towards Tufts. I'll be doing an overnighter on April 20th and I'll be at the Open House on April 21st, so I hope to meet some of you lovely CCers there! (We should have a secret code... like everyone has a blue sticker on their hand, haha)</p>
