The better engineering school?

Ive currently looked at a few schools. The schools I’ve looked at were University of Pittsburgh, Youngstown State University, Geneva college, la roche college (dual degree program with pitt). Im looking to major in computer engineering. I was wondering which school would be the best obviously Pitt is the best academically, but does it actually matter because at Pitt I could not be anywhere close to the top of my class but at these smaller schools I could be near the top. Also the price, i dont have a problem with student loans, but id rather keep the price down. Please leave your opinions about these schools, and if you have any other schools that have offer computer engineering please let me know also.
Thanks

You can only borrow $5,500 as a freshman, so how will the rest get paid? How much will your family pay each year?

Are those the only schools that you’re considering for computer E

No, those are just the schools I’ve looked at I’d consider other ones. My real question really is how much will a computer engineering degree from Pitt compared to a computer engineering degree from YSU when trying to get a job .
Thanks
