The certificate awarded online courses impact on admission?

<p>I started online courses on coursera.com in Mathematical thinking, Gamification and many other ones.</p>

<p>What do you think,will it have a positive impact on admission staff if student comes from impoverished family and has no availability to reach better educational system?</p>

<p>Do you think i should write about it in this box "Please briefly elaborate on one of your extracurricular activities or work experiences in the space below (1000 character maximum).
" ?</p>

2) Heavens NO! You have one shot to share about something meaningful to you – not to elaborate on a class you fear the readers may not be familiar with.</p>

<p>In supplement essay i wrote about my special EC which was logically connected to the question.
SO i don’t know what to write about…Maybe about research?</p>
