The class of 2006: Where are you doing ea/ed?

EA: Stanford or Yale. Seeing if I should stack all my cards at one school - legacy at Stanford. (But not that enthusiastic about it)

triple legacy at mit...but i still need to visit colleges to see where i really want to go as of now...
i was thinking along the lines of mit/brown/harvard EA..but first of all am i even allowed to do that many? and second i probly wont apply to all 3 ea anyway....
Columbia only has ed so im kinda staying away from that...i cant commit myself that early...no way, even if they DO take 40% of their class ed.

can someone explain the application process and stuff? and also about ap reports, do ppl generally send official reports with their application or do u write ur grades down and have ur guidance counselor attest to the fact that u got those grades...im a little confused about that

ea/ed maybe cornell...

UPenn (seas)...
:p cujoe169 don't worry, applying RD to UPenn i think

Haven't really looked into it, but some college that has EA as an option. The places I want to go to cost too much, so if in Oct. I send it in with my parents fully backing the financial costs if I get in and in March they don't, I'd be in trouble.

Btw, I don't qualify for financial aid. :(

I'm class of 2008, but I'm going to Harvard EA.

I might not apply to any ivys or elite at all...my sat results/ACT results were really depressing.

ed upenn baby!

It's looking like Harvard EA.

streetspirit036... i'm sorry that's not gonna do... haha

chill out cujoe...definitely NOT applying for seas

lol i was kidding, but that's still good to hear :D

Yale!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm going to blow my EA card on Stanford. :-)

tufts or brown....not sure yet, but hey I've got a little while to think, right?

Penn - specifically, Wharton. Been my first choice since about a year ago.

Oh, right, and my RDs, not in any order, but those I can remember (these are all business schools, even if I don't specify):

MIT Sloan, UC-Berkeley Haas, WUSTL, NYU Stern, UVirginia, Georgetown, UNC, Carnegie Mellon, UMich Ann Arbor, Johns Hopkins, Cornell

And I'll probably go for Yale too, even though it's economics, because I have a slightly increased chance from being in-state

y-zizzale

:D

wow...maverick...triple legacy at MIT.
I wish I had that; I love MIT!

EA MIT.. i heard EA is harder to get in, who knows.. so if i get rejected i'll be like oh well..

if i suddenly get a boost of confidence, i'll EA to my dream school, YALE.

ED -- Columbia (the college)

I'm already starting my essays...hahaha.
