<p>I'd list only the highest. That's all they send anyway, really. (check Print Preview if you want to see what I mean). Just list one, save yourself time</p>
<p>I only listed my highest for each. They'll have the others in hand, but I just reported the highest.</p>

The common app is gross format-wise, but it was actually handy when it came to the common app schools. I got those applications done quickly</p>
