The Cornell 2010 Roommate Matches Thread For Guys (Current Students + New Transfers)

<p>This is the first time doing something like this, so I REALLY don't know if this is going to work out. Guess we'll have to see.</p>

<p>Hey...I recently stumbled upon a Facebook group created for the new Class of 2011 that matched roommates for girls (for those who didn't want random selections).</p>

<p>So I decided to start a Class of 2010 roommate matches thing here for guys. I guess this is a way for current students and new transfer students who don't want random roommates to get aquainted with each other.</p>

<p>If you're interested, answer these questions (some are borrowed from that facebook group):</p>

1. Copy and paste these questions into your post and answer right next to them or below them.
2. Remove ALL the $ in the **'s.
3. Best way to remove all the $'s is to copy it into NotePad and click [Replace All] and replace all $'s with an empty space.</p>

I think this is a great way for transfers to meet each other as well as current students as well.</p>

Outgoing, but not enough to be a party-animal (at least not all the time)</p>

Mostly clean.....some parts can be messy</p>

<p>5. Do you like/plan on bringing lots of friends over?
Sometimes....but never enough to cause a racket</p>

<p>6. Noise Levels/Music? (Rock, hiphop, etc / really loud, mildly loud, etc..)
I play mostly rock, and sometimes I play it pretty loud. But if I see you in the room with a book out, I'll put on headphones.</p>

Someone who is constantly having his girlfriend sleepover. (After experiencing one semester of this, trust me, it would be your pet peeve too). </p>

Mildly late sleeper (12-1am), early riser (7:30 - 8am)</p>

Basketball, skateboard, skimboard, intramural football.</p>

<p>Ideal roommate would be someone who is considerate, can be quiet or outgoing (doesn't matter to me), respectful of privacy (doesn't constantly having GF sleepover, for example). I'm a really open person.</p>
