I am tempted to release photographs of her "all up on me" (we dated, she was best friends with my sister.. long story) which will result in her father being removed from office (after all, Iraq is a Muslim country) as a retaliation for this blatent and unethical use of privilege.

DEBATE!!!!!

(in reality, I wouldn't do this, because it is petty, and I am not that type of person. But still, debate this issue and what you would do if you were me.)

haha that is hilarious. did she go to boarding school with you?

Nah, he was then the Prime Minister of the Autonomous Region of Kurdistan. His wife and children lived in the United States - quite modestly i might add. His daughter went to the same public school as my sister. After the invasion of Iraq, however, her father become part of the new government.

She was a nice girl, and I regret Fing up the chance I had with her (I never wanted to commit). But in my defense, she wasn't really allowed to date and I didn't want to do the whole undercover thing. Beautiful girl.

She is smart, not as smart as me and not as smart as that kid who actually had a 4.0 and steller scores on the SATs, but bright nonetheless.

what exactly does putting "all up on me" in quotes signify..............
because if it is what i think it is, i too agree that it wouldn't be smart to release that kind of information on the internet

It's nothing nude, as that would be illegal and unethical. Just think of the types of pictures people take with people they are dating...pictures that from an American perspective are casual and would be found on myspace, but from a strict muslim perspective, worthy of beheading.

Like I said before, I would never post the pictures because I respect the girl.

At the same time however, there is nothing wrong with having pictures of you with a girl you used to date (so long as the pictures don't violate any laws ie: pornography ect).

Technically, the first amendment protects my right to publish these pictures if i were that type of person. The fourth amendment protects my right to have these pictures.

I mean look you guys, I just want to have stupid conversation over what you would do ect.. ect.. and how you feel about blatant usage of your parents position to get ahead of other people in the academic world.

I am not bitter, but Plato is clearly right that nepotism causes the downfall of society. Or something like that, I haven't read the republic in a while.

its true that stuff like that happens, and it sucks but i dont think it can or will ever be stopped. So those without privileges now will have to work extra hard so our children in the future will have those privileges and crap on some poor sap in the future (who will probably be posting a similar thread to this one).

Although Im against it as well, perhaps it shouldn't be stopped, as (unethical) hookups like this are incentives to make more money and do 'better' in society. Oh well.

I'm in somehwat a similar position. Well, similar in the sense that I have 'stuff', not in a sense that shes where she is because of her father. I think she forgot though because sometimes she goes out of her way to due wierd things like she wants me to bring up the subject, but Im good. I'm a good boy.
