So, it seems that a lot of us are becoming either stressed out, hyped, or generally just too preoccupied with the fact the March 10th is coming up. I think it's time we have a thread to either get our minds off of decision day or a thread to just rant about whatever we want. So speak your mind.

I'm also curious what everyone's first choices are as well.

Helloel, will you post ur stats on the decision thread after march 10th? I will if I get accepted, won’t if I don’t because I may still be using cc for the next year if i decide to reapply.

Hmm, I actually think I won’t be reapplying either. I’m planning on doing a SUPER SUPER time consuming activity next year if I don’t get in. Plus, I’m kind of paranoid if I posted my stats, if someone would recognize me. But I don’t know. Linsanity- I have a feeling it’s going to die out. Sure, he’s a phenomenon, but it’s only been about a week.

LINSANITY!!! Are you serious? I’m totally linspired!.. there’s a lot of personal elements that go into that, but even if I weren’t a fan from the way-pre-NY days, he has a real knack for, well, very dramatic distraction. And yeah, there have been a handful of such phenoms before, but when somebody plays for something different- a love of the game- perhaps the outcome will be different as well.

I don’t feel too comfortable about posting all my stats, but I will, regardless of admission decisions, because others’ have helped me so. I’ll just be selective.

I’m almost certain that I will be posting my stats on the decision thread (even if I get rejected at all of my schools). I was very open and honest through this whole process (I posted my far below par grades and standardized test scores). Furthermore, I will be just as honest and candid when M10 rolls around and it is time to share the admission decisions. The decision thread really provided me with a lot of insight about the admissions process. It made me realize how selective and competitive these schools really are. It gave me a sense of which schools may possibly be out of my reach and which schools I may have a better shot at. I think that thread will be very helpful to next year’s applicants.

I seriously did not know that there were so many -in words. “All we do is lin, lin, lin!” (win) They’re doing a pretty good job of translating it overseas too, IMO- in his country, 林來瘋… and I’ve heard 'Lin de si
