The equating section of this test is omitted<< What does this mean?

<p>Sorry if this question seems stupid, but I downloaded a test from CB website, and in the answer sheet i found a note on ovals of section 4:

<p>I don't get it. Do they mean that this is the experimental section or what?
I know that the experimental section cannot be identified to students, so what do CB mean when they omit an "equating" section?? and what is an "equating section"?</p>
