Does your best friend like her?

:)

endure the agony in silence.

Rick Springfield in his song, Jessie’s Girl may sum up your feelings.
Refer to the love triangle of King Arthur, Sir Lancelot and Guinevere
Many examples throughout history…

love is tough man.

Boy, you’re gonna carry that weight
Carry that weight a long time

Tell her! you must! If you don’t, you’ll wonder what could’ve been…you don’t want that.

You cannot tell her your feelings.
She likes your best friend.
She does not like you.
Repeat this to yourself “She does not like me.”
You would betray your best friend?
Risk losing your best friend?
Worse case scenario: You spill the beans-no best friend, no girlfriend
Best case scenario: She has telepathic powers and reads your mind that you love her

does your best friend like her? if so, then absolutely not! let it eat you up inside. However, If she likes him and not the other way around then go for it.

Maybe the best friend does like her but is too shy to admit it to anyone.
Dudes don’t blather on and on about who they like, like girls do.
antoniosurface-Don’t break the bro code. Be a stand up guy.

^If that is the case [1st sentence]

Then don’t. You don’t want to wreck a friendship. Friends are the siblings God forgot to give us.

Yeah, mainly ask if your best friend likes her back. Make sure of this before you do ANYTHING!

If he does, forget about that girl. DO NOT WANT!

antoniosurface- Let us know what happens.

^^well said

If you’re sure she likes him, you KNOW she does, then don’t tell her. It just won’t end well for anyone, especially you. If she does, in fact, like him, you’re just going to get hurt, he’s going to feel weird about going out with her, and you’ll feel weird around her (and vice versa).

Really I would say the best thing you can do is step aside and let things take their course.

As every person should do, stick this (and every other emotion and feelings) in a black box located snuggly in the pits of your soul.

After discarding these feelings, you should never attempt to release them from said black box.

Allow them to fester (and ideally, taint and descreate any remaining crumbs of happiness, love, and other irritating feelings remaining.)

After you have properly completed the above – and you shall know that you correctly have when you begin to have deep, agonizing searing pain in your stomach (you should also stuff this feeling in the earlier mentioned box) and develop and overbearing desire to suck the sun our of the sky and kick every smiling, chipper fool in the shin.

And this is how you will overcome your woes.

Do not skip any steps.

LOLOLOL This looks familiar.

I’d say it really depends how close you are with the girl you like. If you’re uber uber close friends and share everything with her, I’d say go for it. She’ll probably be comfortable with the fact that you like her and it won’t be so awkward since you’re so tight anyways, and either one of two things will happen. 1) She might ACTUALLY like you back. 2) Nothing, but she’d enjoy the fact of knowing the truth and that it’s finally out there.

If this is just some random chick you like/ Chick you are not really close with, then I’d say don’t go for it. Instead, make a game plan. Hang out with her a bunch more and eventually she may come to like you instead of your friend.

Well assuming your best friend isn’t more attractive than you or has something that would make her go a lot more for him than you, should she find out through some “leak” that you like her, it might change around who she likes.

Very important assumption though, that first one.

*The world is treating me bad… Misery.

I’m the kind of guy,
Who never used to cry,
The world is treatin’ me bad… Misery!

I’ve lost her now for sure,
I won’t see her no more,
It’s gonna be a drag… Misery!*
