I give myself 60 right, 15 wrong. Overall the multiple choice was not that bad.

The DBQ was a little obscure. I looked at the question and was like, what the hell is this? I wrote two and a half pages. I didn’t have a very developed analysis. Probably a 4 =[.

The first FRQ I aced. I just regurgitated the things I read about colonial America in the last 24 hours. I wrote 3.5 pages. Not bad. I’m guessing a 7.

The last FRQ I did was poop work. I’m not even going to elaborate. Most likely, a 3.

I think my overall score amounted to a 4 according to the online calculators–hopefully. We all know how accurate they are.

redcatharsis- i don’t want to explain it in too much detail because of the 48 hour rule, but let’s just it wasn’t so much as what A did to B, but what A did to C through its actions.

im think the graders won’t care about how long the essays are. as long as you get the info that you need out in a way that makes sense, i think your good. many people could write like 4 pages of stuff but it can all be very flowery and not address the question. the readers really dont have time to read 5+ pages essay and only look for main points. so just because its longer does not mean it is better. plus…i wrote smaller than i usually do in class so that the reader could understand my handwriting!
praying for a 4 or better!!!

I had form R. I skipped 13 MC questions, I felt like I was guessing way too much! The DBQ went alright, but I could have done soooo much better. =/ I did FRQ #2 and #5. #2 was horrible, but I knew very little about #3 so I felt like I had no choice really but to do that one. I was so stuck, I couldn’t remember anything. #5 was better, wrote about Japs and Jews, but mostly Japs. I dunno why I chose Jews, the second I started writing about it, I realized I was going to have a hard time. And now that I’m thinking about it, I feel so stupid and know that it hurt my score.

I did two and a half pages for the DBQ, two and a half for the #5 FRQ, and one and a half (barely) for the #2 FRQ.
=/

One question, is it bad if I called the internment camps concentration camps? Since that’s what they were synonymous too? Also, if I had a tiny paragraph on the DBQ about WEB DuBois/B.T. Washington, how much will that lower my score? I had three other body paragraphs with a lot of good info, but for some reason I decided to add a 4 body paragraph on these two guys, only now I realize they were way out of the time period. How much would that hurt if the rest of my essay was great?

wow i thought that some of the multiple choice questions were ridiculous. like the one about the relation btwn native americans & wwii made me want to slap someone.

i actually appreciated the 15 min reading period for the dbq and i think i wrote a decent dbq although i didn’t mention one thing. and the frq’s weren’t bad at all. thank goodness i’ve always scored highly on the writing portions, hopefully that’ll boost my grade up to a 5. despite what ever bad MC score i may have

ok, so #5 did include a great migration, maybe i didn’t mess up too badly afterall. i was rushing so badly on the DBQ that my citations and sentence structure was so messy and ridiculous in my last 2 body paragraphs…

i only omitted ONE question on the MC. it was very straightforward imo.
reading these posts however i’m kinda concerned about the dbq… =(
and ‘misinterpreting’ #2?..

my teacher knows her stuff but is kind of lazy… we only did one dbq and it wasn’t even graded for the whole year. i just thought of ap euro and used ALL my documents, but i failed to incorporate outside information, not because i didn’t know them but because i didn’t feel like we NEEDED them so much ;_;

I completely screwed up on the DBQ, though I’m not too worried because I think I explained well enough to at least manage a 5 for it, even though that’s aiming kind of low.

For the FRQs I did #2 and #5, like most people. #2 was relatively good, except I spent a few sentences talking about bicameral and unicameral legislatures, which were about fifteen years after the time period. If I hadn’t mentioned the NJ and VA Plans by name I may have slipped by, but for some reason (even though I knew I was outside the time period while writing) I was grasping for ideas to tackle the political side of the question.

5 I did okay on. The only mistake I made was I called internment camps concentration camps and by the time the word internment came to me, I didn’t have time to go back and change it.

MC were pretty good. I omitted probably seven or so, which isn’t horrible since I’m happy with a 3.

guys we’re really not supposed to talk about MC questions specifically!

but I admit I guessed on this question. and I talked to my mom right after the test and told her I had NO idea about what the answer was. and then she immediately spit the right answer out at me and I was like “DUH how couldn’t I have remembered that!” sfgiants320 pm me if you want to know.

Advice. Do not talk about specific questions like those above. Trying not to break the rules, I will say I did well on both the essays I chose because for one I took a class that related to it. (Do not want to get in trouble with CB so I will limit myself).
