i usually don't post new threads like these, but with graduation coming quickly, i thought it would be appropriate to post this. any kind of thoughts, questions, sentiments, anecdotes, w/e relating to graduating or looking back at your last 4 years, post it here!

i just replied to the "songs for graduating seniors" thread and as i was going through my ipod making a graduation playlist, i started reminiscing about the last few years...i don't have time to talk about it right now, but even with all of the troubles and stress i experienced the last few years, i can honestly say, im gonna miss it. what about you?

All I have to say is, those 4 years flew right by! As cliche as this sounds, it seems like just yesterday I was a little freshman starting high school.

You would think my parents would be cooler considering how I’ve gotten into college and such, but they are just ****ing me off even more. I really cannot wait much longer for college.

There was stress, oh very much so. But, (I’ll probably be thrown at with melons) I think I’ll miss it. Looking forward to college yes, but it was a good time. Sure there were rough patches, break-downs, and all that, but looking back, I enjoyed myself. It will be good to leave, but sad as well.

High school sucked. My school administration treats us like babies. Practically every sports team I was on sucked (4 years of football, 4 years of baseball, and 3 years of basketball, and we had zero winning seasons unless somehow we rebound from an 0-4 start to baseball). Some of my classes are/were unbearably boring. And my class pretty much sucks (literally not a single girl I consider dateable and very few boys that are even tolerable).

And all that on top of the fact that I don’t believe in the religion of my school, and need to get out of the house.

Today we did senior presentation at our last orchestra cocnert. I almost cried. I’m going to miss them so much! I was closer to the '08 seniors, but I’ll miss a lot of these guys too. After the seniors leave, there’ll be like 7 people let in BC (there are only like 12 people now). It’ll be so lonely!
Bye '09ers.
