The Official Fall 2014 UCLA Transfer Decisions Thread

The 18th is becoming a pretty important date around this forum.

@ocnative‌

lol, so it appears.

@ocnative‌
What is happening on the 18th?!
I know that is when Davis is set to release decisions and now this with UCLA potentially giving us all a release date. What else?

UCSD decisions are also allegedly coming out that day.

UCI will also be releasing all decisions that day.

@AnthroFlo‌

Keep in mind that I stated that it was just speculation that UCLA would notify us as to when they’d release decisions by this coming Friday. I don’t know that for certain.

UCLA could irritate all of us by keeping us in the dark even past Friday, lol

4 out of the 5 schools I applied to could possibly release on the 18th! That’s so soon.

UCLA please come out on the 18th! then if i get rejected i wont feel as bad cause then ill still have an acceptance from UCI (assuming my TAG holds which it should) and UCSD. Then on to Berkeley after my dream school

Someone chance me please…

@Cayton‌
I know that is why I said potentially :stuck_out_tongue:
But I seriously hope we all hear back soon, even if it is just a date for release of admission status.
That way I know what day to obsessively refresh my UCLA portal…

Does anyone know when Regents applicants hear back?
(I know we just submitted, but I am curious!)

Regents hear back after admission decisions come out.

@Zalrons‌

Sooner the better, right?

@Cayton‌

Damn UCLA…why couldn’t they just have chosen a date months in advance like Cal? [-(

@AnthroFlo‌
Alrighty then. :P

@ocnative‌

UCLA likes to torture its applicants I guess.

I prefer what they’re doing this year to what they did last year.
they had announced decisions would be out on the 19th and then on the 19th they were all like “no, actually on the 26th”

@RamonaFalls‌ that would suck I agree… It makes it even harder now that we’re in spring break since we have no school work to keep busy lol anywho… pace yourselves we’re on the last stretch! This is like the finish line after a long marathon should feel good but doesn’t because we don’t know where the finish line is!

I had spring break like 3 weeks ago.

@RamonaFalls‌

My spring break will begin tomorrow. This will totally alleviate my anxiety. :rolleyes:

My spring break ends today ha.

Will regent scholarship applicants be notified whether lose/win?

Time for some rampant speculation.

UCLA has scheduled the STOMP (Student Transfer Opportunity and Mentorship Program) conference for April 25, 2014. So I guess it makes sense that decisions will be released before then. It wouldn’t make sense having the conference on the same day decisions are released.

Here’s the website for the event
https://www.admission.ucla.edu/STOMP/default.htm</a></p>

So uh… yay?
