This is why I hate chance threads. Chances given by HS (or MS) students who have not been through the process and who, quite frankly, don’t know their ass from their elbow, should be taken with a huuuuuuge grain of salt.

@Ambitiousteen I get my 4 local one’s Friday at 4pm. The BS one’s start Saturday morning…I get them an hour early since I’m central time. I won’t be checking though until after my chess tournament, somewhere around 5pm.
I just realized that my page didn’t refresh and I replied to a message from waaayyy earlier today!! :))
I’ll be playing in the Semi-Finals of in town basketball. If my team wins that one (which I think we will), then we go back at 5 for the Finals.
JUST GOT THE ACCEPTANCE PACKAGE FROM KENT!!! I’M FREAKING OUT…cause I was waiting till the 8th, but it arrived on the 6th. Even though it is not (currently) my first choice, I am just glad to have been acceptance somewhere this year. Hopefully since the first one is starting out well the others will (hopefully) have the same result. If your decisions are spread out on different days, I personally think it is much easier because at least you know you have gotten into a school…Good luck everyone! This crazy process is almost at its end (for this year’s cycle at least)!

Also, I’m wondering what people are planning to do before/during/after they find their decisions. I’m planning to wait until I’m home, play video games with my friend who is also applying to Andover (it’s tradition), and then we open it at the same time. I really hope we both get in.
Also, that would be amazing if some of us attend the same school next year! We might see each other and not even notice!
We need to meet up if we get into the same schools!!
Super busy weekend with sports. Hoping Saturday morning doesn’t ruin the vibe of our playoff run. 4 games this weekend plus highschool decisions!
