I have 2 daughters applying (grades 9 and 11) - ironically they got the same results at their overlapping school (both accepted/WL/Denied) - like they were viewed as a package deal which wasnt necessary.
Applying for 9th grader - accepted Williston and Kent
WL: NMH, LC, MSX, St George’s. No from Taft, Blair, Hotchkiss
11 grade applicant - acceptances to Mercersburg, kent, Westminster

Vermont was her first choice so she is very happy!

DD applied for PG year.
Accepted at Exeter, Waitlisted at Choate, and Rejected at Andover and NMH.
PEA acceptance with FA was a surprise and may have cemented her decision to defer her college acceptance for a year.

Pretty happy with this as the ones accepted were the ones that were best fit for him academically and socially (based on the interaction with the student tour guides).

Don’t know the exact acceptance rate but the letter from the Dean of Enrollment, Ms. Amy Thompson, indicated that Loomis received over 2,300 applications for this year.

I got waitlisted at Exeter, and rejected from Andover.
I intend to stay on the waitlist, anyone here knows of there’s a chance of getting in, or if someone has gotten in from the waitlist before!
was waitlisted before and waitlisited again, the chances are slim tbh. Exeter/Andover are very popular and tend to over-enroll rather than under-enroll so I think it is unlikely.
