The official Pakistani Thread for the class of 2015

i wouldn’t be shocked if all of you were to be rejected. that’s just how the game is. it’s brutal. be prepared for the most likely outcome and it’ll sting less.

thank you pakipower for your kind words. without your keen insights we were but lost in the dark, but now you’ve shown us the light, you are our messiah, and we than you for everything you’ve done for us.

^ you’re welcome.

you know, people keep teling me that i’m way too optimistic. but i’ve never really noticed it. :)

It’s a lot like putting in a lottery ticket, if you ask me. It’s just so random! People you wouldn’t expect to get in, get in. On the other hand, the best of the best don’t make it.

i’m optimistic too man. i know i stand a very tiny little chance of getting into MIT, but i’m not hoping to get in at all. i havn’t given MIT a thought since i completed the application.

^true freakozoid, sometimes this super-random selection process forces me to think that maybe the admission officers at the selective schools are pretty, or very, brainless.

^ do you mean ‘pretty brainless’?

true that, freakozoid.

interestingly, i’ve come to notice is that MIT is A LOT more random (and not in a good way) with its decisions than any of the other top schools.

^ yea i meant pretty brainless. was the grammar wrong?

^ no, it was impeccable. my comprehension skills must have gone array because i read it as, “they are either pretty or brainless.” my bad. :P

anyone care for a random topic?

in pakistan, why are the english teachers SO much better looking than teachers who teach other subjects?

discuss.

holycrap. that is so true. i’ve had had extremely hot english teachers.

ok new topic: in what way are your english teachers(female only) hotter than other teachers? :p

^ why not male? dude, we are all-inclusive here. :)

and to answer your question, they took care of themselves better.

i asked in what way, not how.

idk, they had a sexier (if you can call it that) element to the way they carried themselves. very foreign, and somewhat exotic. almost, dare i say, like that of a Bond Girl.

the chemistry teachers, on the other hand, are more reminiscent of Jaws.

btw, how is your topic different from mine? you straight-up jacked me bro! not cool.

p.s: some random person will go through this next year and go W T F at all that we’ve discussed here. lol

you asked why they were like hotter and stuff. and i asked in what way they were hotter. i would explain ‘in what way’ here but it would get pretty unethical. but sorry if i jacked our topic. :)

and i dont remember ever missing an english lesson. God knows i’d give up the girl i’m with for my 11th grade teacher. do you remember when they used to dye their hair blonde? thank god that trend’s dead now.

Guyz, any decisions?? :/

go back a few pages and see the list of acceptances
