The Perils of Sophomore Year

Sophomore in HS here.
Lately I've been struggling a little bit in school. My grades, while still good, aren't what they normally are and I'm having a hard time keeping up with all my homework. My HS is infamous in the area for its rigor, and I rarely go a night without 4 hours of homework. I feel this would be understandable if I was taking lots of APs, but right now, I'm only in one, and the rest of my courses are honors/electives.

My schedule is as follows:
Honors Chemistry
Honors Math II
Honors English
AP World History
Spanish III
Law (elective, half yr)/Painting (same deal)
Health/PE
Photography (film)

Most of my workload is coming from chem (about 2-3hrs every other night), math (my teacher doesn't teach), law (reading, takes anywhere from 1.5-2.5 hrs), and AP World (my favorite class, 2 hrs every other night). The rest of the work is scattered across my other classes.

With all that said, I am constantly stressed. I feel very anxious non-stop, every day, for majority of the day.

So:
1. Any suggestions for dealing with the stress?
2. I have minimal ECs outside of volunteering clubs/projects and track. I'm looking for more ways to get out there but don't know where to start.
3. How can I minimize the homework? I've been thinking of getting a chemistry and maths tutor. Thoughts?

Thanks:)
