Stumbled on this article a few days ago. Seems like a good idea...
The Daily Pennsylvanian :: New student website targets pre-med students

With the amount of personal information they are asking people to share it will be interesting to see if this really gets off the ground or becomes a place full of phony profiles and even phonier information sharing.

Sounds like a cross between MDapplicants.com and SDN (which are already linked on SDN profiles), so they’re way behind the curve, and aren’t offering anything new.

Eh, time will tell.

Bump, any more thoughts? I know you’ll call me crazy, but I think these kids are gonna make millions off of it… just a hunch…

I think you’re crazy. Sounds like neurotic premed breeding ground to me. I don’t think it’ll be a flop, but I don’t think it’ll be as big as they’re predicting because other sites (like SDN and MDApplicants) have already cornered the market they’re looking for. Hope I’m wrong though!

Remember about 4-5 years ago, when a lot of people were on MySpace? Oh, MySpace cornered the social media market!

Then… Come on. Heeey, heey. Come on. Heey, heey. Heeey, heeeeeey, heeeey. No one man should have alll that power (theme song for the Social Network) enter Mr. Zuckerberg. Boom, history made. You just never know…
