Science is by far my worst section on the ACT. I seem to be pretty good at the other three but for some reason my science score has been significantly lower than my other scores two tests in a row.

Does anyone have any tips on the science section?

My tip is - NEVER EVER read all that jargon in the graphs/W.E. Hit the questions straightaway, it's pretty easy to search out the answers. However, in the passage with conflicting opinions, READ THE PASSAGE FIRST. It's easier to answer questions that way. This works for me.

What works for me is to read the questions first. If the question(s) asks for an answer involving a graph or data that is presented, do those first.

I don't tend to read the passage, but only if a question(s) asks something stated in the passage.
