Or not, since it is Deathly H*a*llows...not Hollows

I heard of lot of people talking about that, but since it's Hallows, not Hollows, they are dead wrong.

But it took 3 years between GoF and OotP, so who knows?

If I'm not mistaken, it took longer between those two because she took a couple months to a year off because she had a baby.

I seem to remember JKR or someone saying that it's taken two years for each book. The bad news is that by this time before, she had finished HBP, and there's no news about her finishing now.

She released the title on the winter solstice, and I'm toying with the idea of having it come out on the winter solstice next year, Dec. 22, 2007, basically because it will be a Saturday. I'm thinking of the prophecy that was smashed in OotP that said "At the Solstice will come a new... and none will come after..."

Or, you know, the date could have absolutely no significance at all, and will just come out on some random Saturday in June/July/August.

(opinion) Like the people who think Harry is a horcrux. I mean, come on, if Harry had a part of Voldemort's soul in him, then why the hell does Voldie want to kill him so badly?!

^I thinkthat theory is completely off, and I completely agree with you. Why kill Harry if he's what's keeping him alive? And besides, he tried to kill Harry, not turn him into a horcrux. It's all just off.

Am I the only one who remembers that at least one of the earlier books had a different title than the one that was given prior to publication?

If that's not what happens here, "Hallows" is an old fashioned word for "saints". I have no idea how that fits!

^yeah, that could be true. she also registered a couple other titles for this one.

Yeah, but the publisher announced that they always register a few false titles, to lead people on.

Long live Star Wars

Till Harry kills it. (Buurrrnnn) :)

Long live Harry Potter!

love live Voldy!

wow, i've NEVER thought that harry might be a horcrux. i think it might be so!!!

I think the 4th book was supossed to be something like Harry Potter and the Triwizard Tournament.

Star Wars ;)

I don't understand the connection between harry potter and star wars

Mmkay so I'm NOT crazy. I distinctly remember thinking that the fourth would be called Harry Potter and the Doomsday Tournament. I'm glad whatever happened happened since that seems like a crappy title.

Long live Harry Potter AND Star Wars! And while we're at it, Lord of the Rings. Why can't we all live in harmony?!

Of course we can! In the spirit of the new year, let us celebrate :)

Um no. I refuse to accept Star Wars. I hate it. HATE it.

The LOTR movies are okay, but I have no intention of ever reading the books.

LONG LIVE HARRY POTTER :)

I don't like either LotR or Star Wars, but hey, who cares! Whatever floats your boat, eh?

Harry Potter all the way!!!!!!!!!!!!

Potter's okay I guess. But STAR WARS ROCKS.
