<p>So, you know the 150-word-limit question, asking you to elaborate on one of your activities?</p>

<p>Well, are they looking for details about your specific duties and contributions in this activity, or something more general? For example, I wrote about how high school journalism improved my confidence and social skills. I didn't mention my position as an editor or my specific column contributions, although the editor part shows up in the extracurricular section.</p>

<p>The teachers that I have had look at the essay really like it, but I'm worried that it's not what they're looking for. </p>
