<p>Which colleges take the superscore of the SAT, and which only take the best overall?</p>

<p>The UC's take the highest one-sitting. Most others superscore, but you will have to check each individual college.</p>

<p>this may be a stupid question, but could somebody please tell me what UC stands for?</p>

UCLA, UCB, UCSD, UCSB, etc.</p>

<p>oh ok thanks.. so most colleges other than the univ. of california system take the highest score in each section? so tufts, bu, bc probably do right?</p>

<p>Alright so if you believed that I'm sorry SZ 09802 or whatever that is but I just couldn't resist. I just had to BS that a bit to get you a lil nervous. As far as I can see the schools you mentioned do in fact use superscore.</p>
