Appointment letters says ~$400,000.
Is that base value (ie. tuition and board) or the value include everything ( + all the extracul. and opportunities) ??</p>

<p>I'm pretty sure that value is just the amount of money allocated by the Defense Budget for "The Academy", incorporating everything here (and most everything is geared to cadets in some way) divided by the number of cadets, so the amount per cadet.</p>
<p>I think it was $375,000 per cadet when I entered, it probably raised a little since then.</p>
