That's a load of BS and you know it. </p>

<p>It doesn't really matter who starts technology, it's who runs with it. The vikings discovered America first, but know one really cares, they didn't do anything about it.
I think the thing is, you're jealous.</p>

<p>I thought it was interesting how several of the top 10 (and lower) were college dropouts.</p>

<p>maybe you don't a college degree to be financially successfull in in life.</p>

<p>not exactly to the same means butterfish, being innovative does. the dropouts all occured at times where they realized that a "spark.revolution" in their area was about to occur and committed their full time to it. </p>

<p>a college degree will never be financial success, i believe only drive/ambition will mean how successful a person will be.</p>

<p>The Blackstone Group is a private equity firm..perhaps the best on earth.</p>

<p>It's fascinating to know that someone so wealthy and powerful came from such humble beginnings, huh?</p>

<p>Hey, I'm glad he is so generous. I salute him for it. But the IDEA to begin giving money away in the first place came from his wife. Prior to his marriage he gave almost nothing away. It wasn't that he was Scrooge; he just didn't seem to be concerned with philanthropy. His wife taught him to have a social conscience, and she still administers much of the giving today. For both of those things she deserves the credit.</p>
