So basically I'm really passionate about photography but nothing related to it occurs on my transcript or school activities. My main common app essay is about photography as well. My CMU supplement talks about CMU through a camera lens and while has essay has turned out to be really nice as well, will the admissions officers think im probably short of ideas or something carrying on the same photography-world-through-a-lens-ish theme in my supplement as well?
Or is it fine as long as both are well written?

I think it’s fine just try to switch a few things up you don’t want them to be identical. It demonstrates how much you love photography and want to pursue that as a career.
