So for the past few years most of the stuff that I've done have had an underlying race/social issues theme to them, and they'll be filling up the bulk of my ecs. But I've also done some random stuff (council and tennis) fresh and soph more year that I didn't really care about and quit later. Should I still put those on my apps to take up more space?

Yes, I would. In fact, it might help you. You're smart to be considering having a theme in your application. Your priorities should be the things that you have the most passion for and then below those list the rest of your activities. You may be able to show how the activities that you didn't care as much about related to your passion. The fact that you quit them because you didn't like them shows personal growth and development (versus sticking with them for your college resume even though you didn't enjoy them).

Okay thanks! I'll just add any other stuff I did at the end if I extra room
