there is a hold on my account due to transcripts, it says i am not eligble for campus services or enrollment and that i have until OCT 6th to get my transcripts there,.. Do i go to class ? i dont understand if i am to go to class or what?

Go to class, just make that the transcripts get there by the 6th.

Did you send in your transcripts on time to begin with? I had a hold on my account a week ago and on the website it said it was because of my transcripts. I had already sent my transcripts in many months ago so I called the undergraduate department and they told me it was because they didn't receive my AP scores. Since I'm a transfer and they don't need my AP scores, they realized it was a problem on their end and quickly took me off the hold. It scared the begeezus out of me but I'm glad it was not something I had overlooked. I recommend calling them asap if you had already sent in your final transcripts earlier this year. Good luck!!

MYUCLA has always said "preliminary transcript recieved from X college"

because originally i wrote i was going to take summer classes, but i never took them and they arent part of major prep or anything, and i told them all that.

THe class shows up on my DPR (the last class i took at that CC), so i figured maybe it just said preliminary because they didnt know that was the last class i was taking. But now , i don tknow what they think they should have etc.

WHo should i call, i didnt find any phone number in their email or anything.

There should be a number listed by the hold on URSA for you to call. If not, you should probably call the registrar in murphy and if they can't help you, they should be able to redirect you to someone who can.

I had a similar problem with my transcripts, except I sent them in May and in August, I couldn't register because a 'final one was still needed.' After much haggling with Admissions (they even admitted I shouldn't have a hold, but couldn't do anything about it), I just gave in and hand-delivered my transcript, and made sure they lifted my hold right then and there. It might have to come to that, if not to make your life easier.
