So if I take AP exams during my senior year in May, they would not count in my college application? (Assuming I apply on time)
Correct. That’s why many seniors decide it’s not worth the effort. Getting college credit could be a reason to take them anyway.
Correct, but you may get credit for some of the classes, depending on your score and the individual school’s policies.
Thank you a lot. I want to take APs not for credits (ATM) but to show colleges I am determined when it comes to subjects of my interest. This probably means I’ll work hard this term to be prepared for AP Physics and AP CS by the end of April hopefully. Thank you again for your helpful responses; they were crucial!
I would also like to ask, is the AP test like the SAT test when it comes to preparation? The only standardized test I had experience with was the SAT, so I have this impression of “practicing too much tests” and “waiting for months to see improvement.” Do I also have to practice with many AP exams to be prepared?
