There's a catch...

Ok so I'm on the web searching for info on BA-BS/MD programs and I find some on one particular college website. I excitedly go onto the college's site only to be let down in finding that the program has a catch: it's only for cali residents or only for certain minorites. I know this is good for those people but before I get my hopes up for any other school could all you omniscient people maybe list some of the programs that are geared toward certain types of ppl or have some other catch (have to apply sophmore year of college, etc). It would greatly appreciated. I'll start with what I know:

UCSD- cali residents only
UT-Pan-AM - Hispanics only

Come on people! You have to know something about these programs

ucsd is the only i know about

The University of Illinois has a program that is only open to Illinois residents.

which UTPA programs are you refering to? most, if not all, are only open to south texas residents

I'm talking about the premedical honors college one, but I didn't know they had others. oh well i guess they wouldn't apply to me anyway cuz I live in Penn.

The Wisconsin is open to only Wisconsin high school grads.

ok anymore?

Sophie Davis is for NY residents only.

really? I didn't see anything on their site (Sophie Davis)

To be considered for September admission to the CUNY Medical School/The Sophie Davis School of Biomedical Education, an applicant must:

be a resident of New York State and a citizen or permanent resident of the United States

First thing on the list. It's a CUNY rule.

oh well
this was the site I was looking at though so that's why I didn't see it
