Thinking about quitting sports?

I am going to be a junior this year and am thinking of quitting track and tennis this year. I didn’t play a sport freshmen year but played both sports sophomore. I am thinking about quitting tennis and maybe track because I am going into IB and I let my grades slip last semester because of track. We are having a new coach who probably will not be as easy as our previous coach meaning I can’t skip practice to study for exams. I have a rigorous classes this upcoming year. I want to get into a top pre med university such as Berkeley. Will I make it if I quit tennis and maybe track ? Will they see it as I am not dedicated? I do marching band which I have done since freshmen year. Please help.

Do what feels best to you.

If that means quitting sports, then do it. But make sure you do something after school-- marching band is fine.

School comes first. However, if you want to still be active, you could join intermural sports, or like @bjkmom recommended, do a semi-active after school activity.
People who are active tend to do better in school
