I graduated with a business degree in '02. Don't like it anymore, want another career. I enrolled in a college, took a career test and the advisor discussed with me the option about a career as a nutritionist. I welcome the possibility, as it sounds interesting and from what I've read they are in demand.

My question is, what should I expect about the profession, and would I be able to specialize in areas like eating disorders or pregnancy nutrition? What should I expect in terms of academics? I'm in my mid thirties and I would prefer to enter the workforce quickly.
