On the World History SAT, the collegeboard says its split into: understanding developments, and an analysis of those developments in correlation to events and other causes.

The second part is a periodization of each time period, understanding and analyzing characteristics of each period, and "seeing it through the eyes of a person" during that time.

However, the third part is basically the historical interpretation of evidence, and being able to do historical research, and being able to think like a historian. (Example: graphs, charts, quotations, primary sources)

Questions sometimes connect all multiple parts together.. but people tell me the third part is very easy, and you really don't need skills up to that level, and it's almost just common sense. However, i'm a little worried about that part.. what do you guys think of the third part?
