<p>Okay, for NEU application, they are telling me that I am required to send in TOEFL (or something like that) scores to them. First of all, I thought it is for internationals. I moved to California 6 years ago, and never in my school career life has my counselors or teachers tell me that it is required for me to take TOEFL. Now I really thought this is for only for internationals. Are there any exceptions of why am I required to take it as well? Sorry, but I'm a bit frustrated right now. I am getting different answers from different angles. argh.</p>
