<p>He can try... but:
1. It's not even smart. No good employer is going to hire someone because he has three undergrad majors; many might prefer to hire the person with the master's degree. There's no reason to take three bachelor's when you could do two bachelor's and a masters, making yourself more marketable.<br>
2. A lot of people, as per above, talk a big game. Then they go to college & get their butts kicked. Don't worry about him - just wait for your five-year reunion and see what happens.</p>
