Thoughts on my list of schools for International studies?

Tufts
Macalester
Middlebury
American
University of Virginia
Lewis and Clark
Mount Holyoke
Claremont Mckenna College
University of Arizona Honors College
Northern Arizona University-accepted and got scholarship
(the last 2 are my in-state safeties. I can afford them and they are not difficult to get into, but don't want to go)

SAT: 2020: 610CR (I know, huge weakness, but I can't seem to improve), 700M, 710W
Sugject tests: math 2 and bio M. scores pending
GPA: 9th 3.25, 10th 3.5, 11th 3.67, 12th 3.85
8 AP tests, mostly 4s and 5s

*very good essays and recommendations
*very good extracurricular activities. There is an evident focus; they are not random and sprawled around (sorry that that's really vague, but I don't want to give you a huge info dump)

Do I have enough safeties and matches? Do you think I can get into these schools? Would you classify them as reaches, matches, or safeties? Is there anything you would change about the list? Any thoughts in general?

Thank you for any opinions or advice

Seems like a good mix of reaches, safeties and matches

It’s Midd, Tufts and UVA that will be tough. Macalaster is maybe a low reach. But American and several others should be fine. Maybe add George Washington as a match/low reach. Keep in mind Middlebury’s 3 SAT II option if your SAT II’s are better than your SAT I.
