Thoughts on today's SAT? (3/10/18)

@Lindagaf why will today’s be different?

Sorry @suzyQ7 , I just meant that today’s test is different from the March tests, and that each test is different. I don’t know how useful it is to compare a test today to a totally different test in March, that’s all

My daughter took the test today and also thought it was easier than the one she took on May 5th. I think she did apply some of the test taking strategies better (the ones concerned with time management) and she said that it helped. She came home last month all frazzled and said she had to rush to finish, but today she said that she had time to go back and check some of her work. We’re hoping for the best. @Lindagaf

My kid had the same experience as @LeastComplicated 's daughter. Glad there was time for them to check answers this time. We are also hoping for the best too

My son took it today. It was his third time. I didn’t want him to take it because he already has a 1530 superscored. But he insisted. he said it was easy today.

My child got a 1430 on my SAT…Need to (680 Verbal, 750 Math 16 on the essay).
He wants to retake it in August. He am using Khan and Barron’s but what else can he practice to improve my score…Any advice?

Hmm, @Bulldog2001 , interesting choice of words. Are you the student or the parent? IMO, any student prepping for the SAT or ACT should have the official study guides. The Black Book is an excellent supplement for the SAT.
