Thoughts/Opinions?

In Carnegie Mellon's Common app supplement, they ask what four of the books you've read this year are. The vibe I get from CMU is that they're trying to move away from the Geek/Nerd fare to people who are a little more well rounded. However, the majority of the books I've read for fun this year are undoubtedly geeky books (i.e. The Gathering Storm, The Seventh Gate, The Promise of the Witch King). Should I just give them the generic laundry list of literature I've read for AP English instead? (i.e. Hamlet, The Poisonwood Bible, etc.) Thoughts? Opinions? Also, if you happen to be in a generous mood, give me your thoughts on how likely it is that a 2120 (780 CR/ 690M/ 650W) SAT will get me into CIT.
