<p>Dam all those Californians! They allways infect the transfer board with all their UCLA/UCSD/UCSB/UCB/UCI/UC-who the hell cares....</p>

<p>I might feel different if California opened up and offered decent OOS transfer rates, but since they don't...dam them! lol.</p>
