<p>sl1201, I think it only applies to student living in international country. (a country, other than USA) So, if an American citizen is living in a foreign country, I think he would get a notification by email.</p>

<p>Hey! I am an international student living in Asia. I just sent them an e-mail a minute ago requesting to have my ED decision e-mailed.. You reckon they'll email me or did I ask them too late?</p>
<p>they will of course. there is no 'too late'. they just mite take time to read your email but as soon as they do they wil put you in queue. i doubt the queue is actually 'long' (even if it is...c'mon how long does it take to send a couple KB of data per person?)</p>
