I'm not sure if this is the proper forum for this, but I didn't find anything that seemed more appropriate. Then again, my brain is fried from hours upon hours of precalculus homework. Anyway...

My precalculus homework has a section wherein I'm supposed to solve problems for x using my calculator only. I've been unable to figure out the solve feature on my calculator and it's frustrating me. An example of what I need to figure out:
log3(x+1) - log5(x-2)=2
Where 3 and 5 are the bases for their respective expressions. How can I enter this into a TI-89 Titanium and find the value of x?
