TI - Nspire (graph calculator)

Is this the best graph calculater ?I think i will buy it tomorrow

It's unnecessary for the SAT and also just a bad calculator in general. for calculus and higher levels of math the TI-89 Titanium is best

So what is the main difference between 89 and Nspire ?

The NSpire is basically a graphing calculator for idiots that makes everything easy to understand. the TI-89 takes some practice to learn to use but it's a powerhouse that is capable of a lot more. personally I only know one person who uses the NSpire but many people who use the TI-89.

TI-Nspire's are banned in my school, so be sure to ask your math teacher if its okay.

I personally recommend the TI 89. If you've never used a graphing calculator before, you will find it extremely easy to conform to the TI 89.

Is a TI 83 Plus good for the SAT math? I'm currently a sophomore and thats what I'm currently using. Please reply.

TI-83+ is overkill for SAT Reasoning math, and just right for the subject test maths and AP exams. In short, you're good!

yeap^i used TI83+ for calc AB, reasoning and math2, it pwns all of em~! of course higher TI's are better lol. but TI83+ alone can do the job too

It doesnt matter what kind of calculator you are bringing to the test room ;] TI-Nspire or Ti 83 or 89 .}:]
