<p>So I know I have major procrastination issues, but for my applications to Harvard and Michigan (both on the common app), when do I have to actually hit Submit by? The deadline is November 1st, but I'm talking minutes and seconds here. Is it 11:59 PM on the night of the 1st (Tuesday night)? Or some other time? I would've done it all this weekend, but I haven't had power most of the weekend, and I had to clear a bunch of downed trees out of the yard. Either way, pressure's on I suppose.</p>
<p>I think it’s 11:59 on the night of the 1st but from what I understand, many universities have grace periods for late submissions.</p>
