<p>but ***, commonapp.org says the submitted date is 01/01/10. I'm 100% i sent it at 11:35 12/31/09. And no, my clock is not 1 hour off.</p>
<p>They probably received it at that time. Not to mention, it may be going off of central time.</p>
<p>If commonapp.org says your application was “submitted,” relax – it’s in and you’re done.</p>
