<p>Well, to burst your bubble, here is the just came-out ranking of University by scholar production and impact ([Performance</a> Ranking of Scientific Papers for World Universities](<a href=“http://ranking.heeact.edu.tw/en-us/2011/TOP/100]Performance”>http://ranking.heeact.edu.tw/en-us/2011/TOP/100)). Princeton did not fare well (ranks 39th globally). This is the most objective ranking so far. Princeton is behind most of its IVY peers but beats Brown and Dartmouth. Princeton is no match for Harvard, probably because of Harvard Medical School. Among schools without medical professional schools, Princeton was beaten by Caltech, UCB and MIT. Even Mayo Clinic Medical School beats Princeton. It appears that a good medical school publishes a lot of papers.</p>
